We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of our products and
our services. We are to guarantee our services, for you to be safe, and for your
customer rights to be protected. So, to help you and to help us, please bear in
mind the points below, before booking or coming to our Salon for treatment.


OUR SERVICES:
• Acrylic with tips and sculpting, gel polish, pedicure, and manicurePlease note
that we don't do hard gel.
• Semi-permanent makeup: eyebrows microblading/shading/powder brows/ lips
liner/lips blush/lips colouring
• Eyelashes extensions: classic/volume
• Waxing: full face/ full body
These services are for 16 years old and over. From ages 12-16, sparents must
come to the Salon and sign a consent form.


GUARANTEE:
• Traditional polish is not guaranteed.
• Enhancement/gel polish services are only guaranteed for 72 hours from your
visit. During this time, if you have a problem due to a product or an operational
defect, please get in touch with us to schedule your free repair. If you are
unable to return within the guarantee period, please still inform us before the
72 hours have elapsed, and book a future appointment.
• Semi-permanent makeup is guaranteed for 6 months from the treatment date.
• Lashes extensions are guaranteed for 1 week from the treatment date.


REFUNDS:
Happy customers are very important to us! If, for some reason, you are
unhappy with our staff, or the quality of our service, please let us know right
away before you leave. We will do our best to deal with the problem there and
then.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds after you have left the salon. When you
pay, we take this as an acceptance that you are happy with both the result and
our staff.
And if you subsequently change your mind about your treatment, we also can't
offer a refund.


ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• For your own safety, it is very important that you inform the salon if you are
allergic to any chemical or substance BEFORE having any treatment.
• It is also very important that you inform the salon BEFOREHAND, if you have
any infection or medical condition that could affect either your treatment or our
staff.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss of your personal belongings while you are with us at the salon.
